Aerial photography over Madison

I had a great, great photo flight in a little two-seater Cessna over Madison, Wisconsin today! Temperature is 79º and visibility is unlimited. Flew out of Morey Airport in Middleton and got some nice, sharp photos along the way. Fashion runway show photos

MIDDLETON, WI - JANUARY 30, 2009. The Rock Agency and Wisconsin Early Autism Project [link] presented a benefit fashion show for the Autism Society of Greater Madison [link]. UW Drumline performed before the runway show and J. Lamore and Ranghart provided the clothes. Location: Scatz Nightclub, 2248 Deming Way, Middleton.

Lake Delton Overflows its Banks

Flash floods in southern Wisconsin caused Lake Delton to overflow its banks and nearly all the water drained into the nearby Wisconsin River. It was a sad site, but I hope they are able to refill the lake within a reasonable amount of time.

Portraits for Chad

I met up with Chad on Monday at the studio where we discussed some places to shoot and he decided on what to wear. These images were all taken within walking distance of the studio and I think there are some fantastic locations in the area. Chad commission me to shoot some updated, editorial-style photos for personal networking sites like myspace and facebook. We worked for two hours and I'll be delivering 100 tack-sharp, web-optimized photos to him on CD.

Madison Fashion Week was a fantastic production last night. Everyone really worked together to create an impressive runway show. I was lucky enough to shoot the event for the promoter and the images turned out nicely. The edited set is online here
